Vinyasa Yoga A Complete Dynamic Practice.In this practice, we build strength, flexibility, balance, and resistance. Each breath brings a new asana that will lead us toward a peak pose. Start your day grounded, refreshed, and energized.
Hatha Yoga Here you will find a more in-depth approach to the asanas (poses), which will be held for several breaths, giving you the time to fully understand them. Hatha Yoga is ideal for those interested in developing a solid practice.
Yin Yoga This class focuses on holding poses for extended periods, promoting deep relaxation, introspection, and a profound opening of both mind and body. By working on the fascia, Yin Yoga helps release tension, tightness, and stress, allowing for a greater sense of tranquility and well-being.
Sound Healing with Tibetan Singing Bowls We will use resonant frequencies and vibrations to guide you into deep relaxation. After a sound healing session, you can expect a positive impact on your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Additionally, we offer Pranayama, yoga nidra, and meditation classes upon request.
Yoga Teacher – Amelia Delgado
Born in Spain and with experience teaching yoga across three continents, Amelia is a passionate instructor with diverse and comprehensive training. She specialized in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga in Bali and later traveled to India to deepen her understanding of traditional yoga, and meditation. During her time in the birth place of yoga she studied sound therapy with Tibetan singing bowls under the guidance of a Himalayan master, allowing her to offer transformative sound healing sessions.
Passionate about the philosophy of yoga, Amelia spends her free time exploring and delving into the teachings that support this ancient discipline. For her, yoga is a holistic union of body, mind, and soul that extends to everything around us, much like the connection felt while surfing, when one becomes one with the ocean.
Her mission is to guide you towards feeling lighter and more balanced as you explore new dimensions of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Amelia shares her knowledge with clarity and warmth, creating a welcoming space where both beginners and advanced practitioners can grow and explore together, both on the mat and beyond.
